Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Following our platform upgrades, ApiPay is pleased to officially introduce our new Usage Quota Billing model, providing maximum pricing flexibility and operational cost efficiency.

1. Key Highlights

Free plan: QUOTA 60 includes 60 transactions/month and the same multi-bank connections as paid quota tiers, suitable for starting integration and validating operations.
23 Flexible Paid Tiers: Starting from 200 transactions/month (70,000 VND) up to 500,000 transactions/month (75,000,000 VND), catering to merchants and enterprises alike.
Competitive Per-Transaction Rates: Bundle rates ranging from 150đ to 350đ per included transaction.
Soft Capping & Continuous Service: Exceeding your quota will not halt payment operations. Successful extra transactions are deducted from prepaid balance at the plan rate.
Multiple bank accounts: Every quota tier, including free, lets you connect multiple bank accounts at the same time.
Transparent Pricing: Listed prices are the total checkout prices with zero hidden markups.

2. Grandfathering Policy for Existing Customers

From 15 September 2026, legacy bank-slot plans will officially end. Unused remaining value can be refunded to your ApiPay balance (recommended) or to your bank account on request. See the notice on ending bank-slot plans for details. You can still switch to a transaction quota plan now in the Dashboard: unused value from the current plan is applied to the quota you select. If leftover credit is less than the new plan, pay the difference. If it is more, the extra amount is added to your prepaid balance.
